Now that Spring is here, it's about time for an update.

First off, SwiXs are temporarily sold out. A new shipment of materials will be on its way shortly, and I will update the site when they are available again.

I have decided to discontinue the NV trigger at the conclusion of this final batch. What does this mean for you? Well, if you have an NV trigger, hold on to it! In your possession is the culmination of everything desirable and beneficial in an ESP trigger. Show it off to your friends. Post pictures online (and send pictures to me!). Be proud of your purchase! Now if you haven't yet purchased an NV trigger, consider that now may be your last chance. If you've been itching to add this exclusive X-Customs item to your arsenal, you had better hurry!

The Hall FX Kits will continue to be offered, and a VS2 version is loosely aimed to be completed in time for most of Spyder Cup 2008. Plans are also to tentatively attend the July 25th regional Spyder Cup event in South Carolina. More details will follow as schedules begin to settle. Stay tuned!

I've recently received many inquiries regarding the VS2 version Hall FX Kit. I would first off like to thank everyone for their continued support in the development of these products. The VS2 Hall FX Kit has been in the works for some time now, but due to time conflicts with my studies, I have not yet completed a VS2-compatible Hall FX Kit. For continued updates regarding the VS2 Hall FX Kit, keep a watch on PBNation, PBReview, and Spyder.TV forums and this website. If you have any questions regarding the products, please do not hesitate to Contact X-Customs directly.

Regarding the inquiries of stock status, I am fully stocked with black NV triggers and ESP Hall FX Kits.

HALL FX KITS ARE IN!

The first Hall FX Kits have been assembled and are ready to go! To purchase, go to the Hall FX Kit section and select the appropriate "Add to Cart" button for your particular choice. Note that the posted installation instructions have been updated to more-accurately describe the installation process.

Compatibility: The Hall FX Kits are compatible with all stock ESP-framed Spyders (Classic, IPI, CAMD, LED, and LCD boards), T-Boards, IS Boards, and XSF Boards. Compatibility with the Kingman Tadao, Virtue, and Lucky Spitfire boards is not yet available but is in process. A VS2 version is also in development. Stay posted for further updates!

Happy Upgrading!

X-Customs is thrilled to reveal two new products to be released for the Kingman Spyder ESP frames, the NV and Hall FX Kit. Inspired by the community’s ever-growing admiration of performance Spyders and desire to compete on higher levels, these quality products are specially designed to increase performance through many means only utilized by higher-end markers.

The X-Customs NV is the pinnacle of all ESP triggers. It is the result of eight exhausting months of research and product development. With its innovative features and its ergonomically-inspired profile, the NV closes the gap between traditional Spyder trigger systems and high-end quality. If you are looking for the ultimate trigger for performance, style, and functionality, you have found it here at X-Customs.

The X-Customs Hall FX Kit is a long-held secret. Originally prototyped in 2003, this trigger switch provides a first-class trigger pull only found on some higher-end markers. Replacing the push-button microswitch entirely, this revolutionary device allows unlimited trigger weight possibilities, ranging from "gravity-fired" to "doesn’t-fire". Even more exciting, it eliminates any troublesome electrical bounce that plagues many microswitch markers. These among many other exciting features make the Hall FX Kit one of the greatest performance upgrades you can award your Spyder.

Both products are extraordinary accomplishments of which X-Customs is extremely proud. Details pertaining to the NV and Hall FX Kit, including pricing and ordering information, may be found on each product’s respectable section. If you have any feedback (comments, questions, suggestions) regarding the product release, please click “Contact X-Customs” or visit the new X-Customs forum.

Over the past year, X-Customs has proudly offered a great product for an unbeatable price. With proven performance and exceptional reviews, the SwiX is truly an extraordinary upgrade for Spyders.

Given recent concerns regarding the safety of the SwiX to the circuit board, X-Customs would like to remind its customers that when working with electronics, it is important to be very careful. The posted installation instructions are prepared to facilitate the installation process as well as help avoid any electronic failures. Should you feel uncomfortable at any time in the installation process, stop immediately and have a pro-shop complete your installation. If you find yourself confused about anything in the installation instructions, please use the Contact X-Customs option for clarification.

Unlike many of today's businesses, X-Customs wants its customers to feel completely comfortable throughout their entire relationship with its products, including product installation.

Heads up!

The SwiXs are temporarily sold out. More will be available soon, along with at least one new X-Customs product!

May 22, 2007

If anyone has emailed me, please excuse my delay responding. I am in the middle of moving to Michigan, and I am still having trouble setting up internet and email. On top of the move, the company notebook has been in for repair since early May.

I apologize for any inconveniences with delayed responses and/or shipping. Once things settle down, everything should get back to normal.

Good News!

Product development on two new products has made significant progress. One product is reaching its final prototyping phase within the next few weeks. Another product is prototyped and tested and will be released once I am 100% satisfied with the final product.

It has been requested by a few Spyder-owner associates that I release at least one of these two products in time for the Kingman Spyder Cup 2007 events. In response to these requests, I would like to acknowledge an official ETA for early to mid-June for a product release. This will be an exciting time, and I look forward to sharing my hard work with the Spyder community.

Just a quick update: The SwiX shipment came in Friday, and yesterday was spent assembling them. They are now back in stock and available for purchase.

Happy upgrading!

The SwiXs are temporarily out of stock. Don't worry though, more will be available next week. I'd also like to encourage any SwiX purchasers to write feedback on their SwiX at PBReview. Your feedback will help me better serve you.

In other news, I've recently run into a few YouTube videos featuring Spyders with X-Customs SwiXs! I'm very excited to see that you all are enjoying your product and using it well. Keep up the good work!

I am hoping to have a few product-update announcements within the next few weeks. It truly takes time to develop quality products, and I am very happy with these two finalizing projects. I hope you will be too.

There are no updates to give at this time involving the upcoming X-Customs product(s). It takes a little extra time and effort to bring you the greatest in quality and performance.

If you hadn't noticed, the SwiX installation article has been uploaded and can be accessed using the link on the left side of the screen. The article is available via web, Microsoft Word (.doc), and Adobe Reader (.pdf) for all your referencing desires.

General Announcement:

Product development is going very well. I have recently completed a working prototype of the latest X-Custom's product, and it is working flawlessly. Unfortunately, however, I am unable to share too much information until the product has successfully finished full development. Be looking forward to an original product that has not been commercially available in the Spyder industry before. No current ETA available, but full production would hopefully begin around late August/early September.

A big thanks to all those purchasing the SwiXs. Priced to sell and prepared as convenient "drop-in" assemblies, they have been a big hit since their release. All proceeds from SwiX sales are going directly towards further product development and have been a large contributor towards the prototyping of this latest product.

June 30, 2006

HOLIDAY CLOSING NOTICE:

X-Customs will be closed from July 1st through July 9th for the holiday break. Any SwiXs ordered before 12:00PM EST tomorrow (1st) will be shipped out tomorrow. Orders after 12:00PM EST will be immediately processed and shipped on my return on July 9th.

Welcome to X-Custom's newly overhauled website. Take a look around and enjoy yourself.

Further progress is being made with future X-Customs products on a daily basis. Initial prototypes of our latest product will be cut within the next week or two. If successful, a press release for this product will be posted shortly afterwards.
